In March a had the pleasure of joining the beautiful Court House Farm for a day at one of their textile retreats — a slower, more thoughtful few days centred around creativity, craftsmanship and good conversation. Tucked away in the countryside, the retreat brought together beautiful interiors and textiles, hands-on making and the kind of calm that makes you properly switch off. From natural textures and tactile materials to shared meals and long creative afternoons, it felt like a reminder of how restorative making with your hands can be.
