Pantry & Place offers thoughtful hospitality photography for restaurants, cafés, and independent food brands. The most memorable hospitality experiences are about more than just the food — they’re about atmosphere, craftsmanship, connection, and the feeling guests take away with them. My hospitality photography captures the full story of your brand, from beautifully presented dishes and considered interiors to the people and details that make your business unique. Whether you’re launching a menu, refreshing your website, creating social content, or showcasing the guest experience, I create natural, editorial imagery that reflects the character of your space and the care behind your offering.

HOSPITALITY FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY

I work around your service hours wherever possible, so there's minimal disruption to your team or guests. I know hospitality businesses are busy, with limited time for marketing, so my approach stays relaxed and efficient.

Will the shoot disrupt service?

Before the shoot, I'll send you a simple questionnaire covering your goals, key dishes, seasonal menus, and the spaces you'd like highlighted. This helps us make the most of our time on location.

How does planning work?

A curated gallery of professionally edited images, delivered in both high-resolution and web-ready (low-resolution) formats — ready for your website, social media, press features, and marketing materials.

What will I receive after the shoot?

Every session covers six areas of your business:

- Food and drink photography
- Interior and exterior photography
- Chef and team portraits
- Behind-the-scenes storytelling
- Guest experience and atmosphere imagery
- Detail shots of styling, ingredients, and craftsmanship

Who is this photography service for?

A shoot is usually a half day (3 hours) or a full day (6 hours), but can also be tailored to your needs.

How long does a shoot take?

Every shoot adapts to your service, staffing, and priorities, but a typical day includes:

- Arrival and venue walkthrough
- Interior and exterior photography before service
- Detail shots of table settings, menus, ingredients, and styling
- Signature food and drink photography
- Behind-the-scenes kitchen and preparation imagery

What does a typical shoot day look like?

Yes — Pantry & Place can include real guest moments in your gallery, adding warmth and personality to your images. However, where identifiable guests are featured, signed model release forms are required. If obtaining releases isn’t practical, we can create the same natural, candid feel using staff, friends, family, or pre-arranged models instead.

Can guests be part of the photography?
